Slocable solar project in Thailand

        Located in Park 304 of Prachinburi Province, the park has been built for more than 20 years, with abundant labor force and complete production and living facilities. It is the cluster center of many international brands of auto parts factories and electronics factories. Due to the high soil hardness, construction costs can be reduced by 20%. In addition, it also has high-quality infrastructure construction to fully support various types and scales of industrial production.

        In 304 Industrial Park Prachinburi, the 32,000m Slocable PV cable was used in the photovoltaic project of our Thai customer, as shown in the figure below.

        We have two types of copper core solar cables and aluminum core solar cables. The copper core is resistant to oxidation and corrosion, has the advantages of high-temperature resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali salt resistance, UV resistance, flame retardant, environmental protection, mainly used in harsh environments with a service life of more than 25 years. The performance of the connector of the copper core cable is stable and will not cause accidents due to oxidation. While the aluminum alloy PV wire is a new type of material power cable that adopts advanced technologies such as special pressing technology and annealing treatment, which makes up for the shortcomings of pure aluminum cables in the past, and improves the electrical conductivity, bending performance, creep resistance and corrosion resistance of the cable. And so on, to ensure that the cable maintains continuous performance and stability when it is overloaded and overheated for a long time.

        As for the choice of photovoltaic cable, it mainly depends on the use-comprehensive environmental factors, social factors (such as theft, etc.), design requirements (excessive current can not be met by existing aluminum wires, which are common in low-voltage and high-power loads), capital budget, etc. Many factors can be selected on demand, if you have any questions, please consult us: pv@slocable.com.cn
